Andrea Kraybill has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles.
Starting in 2011, they worked as an English Language Teacher/Arts Facilitator at Centro Cultural Batahola Norte in Nicaragua for two years. During this time, they co-taught an English class for a diverse group of adults.
In 2014, Andrea had several roles. Andrea worked as an ESL Paraprofessional at Concord Community Schools, where they taught language arts and math reinforcement to students in grades K-4. Additionally, they served as an Art Tutor at Boys and Girls Clubs of America, designing and implementing art lessons for students in elementary schools.
Andrea also had experience as an Educational Partnership Coordinator at Club 21 Learning and Resource Center, where they coordinated communications between educators and parents in the Educational Partnership program. Andrea assisted in organizing conferences and managed logistics.
In 2014, Andrea worked as a Group Leader for the Experiment in World Learning, co-leading a group of high-school students on a month-long trip to Nicaragua and Cuba. Andrea served as a translator, facilitated group activities, and mentored the students in cross-cultural learning.
Starting in 2017, Andrea worked as a Studio Coordinator at K Kelehan Jewelry, providing coordination and support in a jewelry studio. Andrea also gained customer service experience at Acorn Eagle Rock.
From 2014 to 2017, Andrea was a Graduate Student at Fuller Theological Seminary. During this time, they also served as an Exhibition/Events Coordinator, coordinating visual events programming and managing budgets.
In 2018, Andrea worked as a Substitute Teacher at Teachers On Reserve. Andrea also gained experience in project management as a Traffic Manager at Echo-Factory, where they developed work production schedules and increased overall efficiency.
From 2019 to 2020, Andrea transitioned to the role of Project Manager at Echo-Factory, where they coordinated the production of projects for clients across various industries.
Then, in 2020, Andrea became the People and Operations Director at Echo-Factory, leading efforts to improve efficiency and service to clients while strengthening the team. Andrea oversaw SOP creation, invoicing, hiring, onboarding, and budgeting/forecasting.
Currently, Andrea holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Echo-Factory, where they oversee the day-to-day functions of the agency and collaborates with various departments to ensure project success and team growth. Andrea focuses on efficiency and process improvement.
Andrea Kraybill obtained their Bachelor's degree in Art from Goshen College. Following this, they pursued further education at Fuller Theological Seminary from 2014 to 2017, earning a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree. This program allowed their to deepen their understanding of Theology and Art.
