Michał Obara

Micha Roon is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the blockchain and software development sectors. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha provides training and mentorship for innovation projects. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha led technological advancements in decentralized infrastructure for the energy industry. Micha has also held advisory positions at multiple organizations, contributing to technology choices and decentralized systems. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further studies in Fintech at MIT.
