Ilana Pulvers

Ilana Pulvers has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Ilana has held various roles at different companies, including Echo Lake Entertainment, MGM, ICM Partners, Modern Estates, and ZipRealty. Ilana'smost recent position is the Executive Director of Human Resources at Echo Lake Entertainment. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisitions/HR at MGM. Ilana also worked as the Recruiting/HR Director at ICM Partners, where they managed the full cycle recruiting and onboarding process. Additionally, they have experience as a Contract Recruiting Manager at Modern Estates and as a Senior Talent Acquisitions Manager and Territory Staffing Manager at ZipRealty. Throughout their career, Ilana has demonstrated strong skills in recruiting, onboarding, and negotiating job offers. Ilana is also experienced in training and mentoring new team members.
