Dunja Heinrich, MBA has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Dunja worked at Dealfront as the Global CHRO starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they had an extensive career at Red Hat, where they held various roles over a span of almost 17 years. Their most recent role at Red Hat was as the Senior Director of the EMEA People Team, where they worked from October 2020 to January 2023. Dunja also served as the Director of the People Team EMEA and Interim People Lead for APAC from September 2015 to October 2020. Before that, they held positions such as Senior Manager and Manager of People EMEA, People Strategy Manager EMEA, and Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA. Prior to their tenure at Red Hat, Dunja worked at Hays plc as the Teamlead Corporate Recruiting/Central Europe from December 2002 to February 2006.
