Prateek Dubey

Prateek Dubey currently serves as Global CHRO at Mankind Pharma Ltd since October 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Head ER & HR C and Contingent Workforce at IDFC FIRST Bank and Zonal Head (PAC) at Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd. Prateek’s career in human resources began in 2004 as Assistant Manager HR at Jindal Saw Limited and has also included managerial positions at Suzlon Energy Ltd and Aquapharm Chemicals Pvt Ltd. Academically, Prateek holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Mansarovar Global University, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) specializing in Labour Law from the same institution. Prateek also obtained a BSc in Biology from Government Science College and completed secondary education at Christ Church School Jabalpur.
