Duane Garrison, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience. From 2008-2011, they worked as a Lead Installer for A.N.D Construction (Residential Siding), a Sales Associate for Helly Hansen, a Production Line Engineer/ Machine Operator for Silicon Energy, LLC, and a Purchasing Intern for Korry Electronics. In 2012, they started working for Physio-Control (now part of Stryker) as an Associate Engineering Program Specialist, where they developed a kanban pull system from supermarket inventory to production cells and created standard work for Material Handler Replenishment. Duane then worked their way up to Senior Staff Product Engineer and Staff Product Engineer for Stryker from 2019-2021. In 2021, they began working as a Sr. Technical Program Manager and Technical Program Manager for Echodyne, where they set strategic objectives for the program, prioritizes project work, and manages projects to develop schedules, track progress, remove blockers, and mitigate project risks.

Duane Garrison has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Washington, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a B.S in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management from Western Washington University between 2010 and 2012. Duane also holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Transfer Degree from Cascadia Community College, which they obtained between 2007 and 2009.
