Jennifer Ochs

Jennifer Ochs has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jennifer began their career in 2016 as an Assistant Teacher at the Mid-Michigan Highland Dance Academy where they taught Scottish Highland dance to students aged 10-14. In 2017, they joined College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, they provided administrative assistance to peers and assisted with hiring efforts. Jennifer also distributed recruiting fliers on college campuses and neighboring business locations. In 2018, they were promoted to Multiregional Sourcer at College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors. In this role, they recruited prospective candidates across four different regions, conducted preliminary phone interviews with candidates, and conducted reference checks for potential employees. In 2020, they joined Bellevue Hand Surgery as a Receptionist and Patient Coordinator. In this role, they managed customer interaction, communicated between patients, physicians, and other medical personnel, and performed various administrative duties. In 2021, they joined Echodyne as a Human Resources Generalist I and Recruiting Specialist, and Honeywell as a Sourcing Specialist.
