Nicole Grogan

Nicole Grogan is the Director at Echodyne. Nicole has extensive experience in Human Resources, having worked as the Head of HR at Cisco Systems. At Cisco, they were responsible for leading the HR team for Cisco's global engineering organization, which consisted of over 25,000 employees located in the US, Europe, India, and China. Nicole was also responsible for driving the transformation of the HR organization through the introduction of a new engagement model designed to improve the employee and manager experience. In addition, they developed a CEO integration program and introduced a top talent retention program targeted at retaining luminary technical talent and accelerating the ascension of high potential leaders. Prior to their work at Cisco, Nicole was a Fellow at the International Women's Forum.

Nicole Grogan has a B.A. in International Studies/French from William & Mary. Nicole has a Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute and has also completed Board of Director Training from OnBoarding Women. Nicole has an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and is certified as a Hudson Institute Coach and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation.
