William (Ryan) Hesse has worked in the engineering field since 2009. William (Ryan) began their career as a Welder and Fabricator for Juliann Iron Originals in 2009 while attending Montana State University. In 2012, they worked as a Summer Intern at GE Aviation, where they supported manufacturing engineers by analyzing non-conformance on the shop floor and attended weekly Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing classes. In 2013, they returned to GE Aviation as a Summer Intern, where they supported the LM2500 product line of jet turbine engines through numerical cycle simulation. In 2014, they moved to Lockheed Martin as a Mechanical Engineer Sr., where they acted as a technical leader on mechanical aspects of high energy laser system development and was responsible for packaging of free-space optics, electronics, and fiber laser components. In 2018, they joined Echodyne Corp as a Mechanical Engineer, where they are a mechanical leader for new products and experimental antenna prototypes and is responsible for ruggedized packaging and cooling of radar systems.
William (Ryan) Hesse received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman between 2009 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Idaho Falls High School between 2006 and 2009.
