Latham Staples is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, community engagement, and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Recruitment Manager II of Nursing at AMN Healthcare, Latham strategically manages a diverse portfolio of approximately 1,100 clinicians while also leading the PRIDE Employee Resource Group and acting as a Diversity and Community Champion. Prior roles include Telehealth President at Positive Mobile Health, where Latham successfully launched a telemedicine program, and Southern California Energy Division Leader at Tesla, where Latham developed a top-performing sales team. Latham co-founded Empowering Spirits Foundation, Inc., overseeing community development initiatives and corporate DEI efforts. With a BA in Journalism, Political Science, and Marketing from Baylor University, Latham has a strong foundation in both marketing and public relations from previous positions in entertainment and corporate sectors.
