Serge Jeanjean has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Serge currently serves as the VP of Engineering and Operations at Echosens, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Echosens from January 2021 to September 2021.
Before joining Echosens, Serge Jeanjean founded their own consultancy firm, INNOV'INSIGHT, in November 2020, where they served as a Founder and Consultant.
Serge Jeanjean also has a significant background in GE Healthcare, where they worked for over a decade. Serge'sroles at GE Healthcare include CTO, Women's Health, from July 2015 to October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading the R&D and program management office for the Women's Health business, managing a team of 250+ engineers and developing the technology strategy and roadmap.
Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at GE Healthcare, including Global Engineering Manager - Breast Care from September 2012 to June 2015, Director of Global Software Engineering from 2010 to August 2012, and Real Time SW Manager, Engineering from October 2007 to December 2009.
Serge'scareer at GE Healthcare started in 1999, where they worked as a Software Engineer, then progressed to become a Software Project Leader from 2001 to 2004. Serge subsequently served as the Lead Program Integrator from 2004 to 2007, leading cross-functional teams in the introduction of new products.
Serge Jeanjean completed their Master's degree in Engineering from CentraleSupélec, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Serge has also obtained several certifications. In 2004, they earned a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from GE Healthcare. Furthermore, in 2012, they completed the GE Xcellerate Leadership Program at GE Healthcare. Finally, in 2013, Serge completed the GE MDC (Management Development course) at GE Crotonville.
