Doug Balsbough

As Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of DISH Wireless, Doug Balsbough is responsible for all aspects of human capital management for the DISH Wireless business. Before joining DISH, Doug led the human resource organization at several manufacturing and technology businesses including serving as CHRO at Raytheon Technologies, Collins Aerospace, and United Technologies Aerospace Systems. He most recently was an executive partner at Gartner, where he advised business leaders and CHROs on identifying and implementing human resource best practices. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. His professional career began in the U.S. Army, where he served as an operations officer and a Black Hawk helicopter pilot.
