Kislay Parashar

Kislay Parashar is a System Software Engineer at EchoStar Corporation since June 2022, previously serving as the Student Body President at the University of Maryland from September 2019 to May 2022. During this time, Kislay also held positions on the Board of Trustees and acted as a Student Consultant for the Department of IT, addressing the technological needs of 30,000 undergraduate students. Additional experience includes internships at AT&T, Deloitte, and the University of Cambridge. Kislay’s leadership roles extend to the Undergraduate Engineering Senate and the University of Maryland Student Government Association. Kislay holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland, completed in May 2022.
