Mary Armatys

Mary Armatys is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in technology, analytics, and program management. Currently serving at EchoStar Corporation since August 2024, Armatys focuses on HR strategy and transformation, particularly in HR technology strategy involving Workday, AI, and analytics. Prior to this role, Armatys held the position of Executive Director of IT Enabling Functions at Tyson Foods from August 2019 to December 2023, leading global IT functions that support HR and Finance by aligning technology solutions with business goals.
