Richard Beauchamp

Mr. Beauchamp’s career includes 35+ years in the construction industry, encompassing the medical, surgical, commercial, retail, single family, and multi-family disciplines. His tenure at ECI began in 2006 as a Senior Project Manager. In 2016, he was promoted to Vice President of Construction.

Richard has consistently implemented strong communicative, planning, and organizational skills from top to bottom. This, accompanied by an adeptness at contract negotiations, has resulted in a proven track record of superior deliverables. In 2018, Richard was promoted to President of Construction, now overseeing all projects, the construction process, and quality control.
