Roger Shafer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and multifamily acquisitions. Prior roles include Associate in Capital Markets at Harwood International and Financial Analyst positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Northern Trust Corporation. Roger began their career in wealth management and mortgage banking, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management and Investments from the University of Arkansas.
