Monica Wheaton has had a diverse career, starting as an Involvement Coordinator at Colorado State University Housing and Food Services in 1994. Monica then transitioned to roles at Shinn Consulting, Deloitte, Freddie Mac, and The Shinn Group, where they gained experience in consulting, operations, and account management. Monica later became the CEO of Builder Partnerships, leading its growth and development of a multi-sided platform. Currently, at ECI Software Solutions, they have held roles as a Demand Generation Manager and Director/Vice President of Customer Success, specializing in residential home construction. Throughout their career, Monica has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, marketing, and relationship-building within the construction industry.
Monica Wheaton completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Colorado State University from 1992 to 1995. Monica then pursued an MBA at the University of Colorado at Denver from 1997 to 1998. Finally, in 1999, they earned a Master's in International Management (MIM) from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.
