Fullon has additional research experience at Los Alamos National Laboratory as a Graduate Research Assistant from February 2015 to August 2015, where they focused on electron beam lithography and electrochemistry of monolayer nanosheets of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). Raymond Raphael started their research career as an Undergraduate Researcher at The University of Texas at Austin from May 2012 to May 2013.

Throughout their career, Fullon has gained expertise in the areas of solution-based synthesis methods, two-dimensional materials, graphene, electrochemistry, and material characterization. Raymond Raphael has demonstrated their ability to mentor and train undergraduate researchers, manage laboratory operations, and effectively communicate research findings through presentations and publications.

Raymond Raphael Fullon's education history begins in 2009 when they attended The University of Texas at Austin and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with Computation in 2012. In 2013, they enrolled in Rutgers University and completed a Master of Science degree in Materials Science & Engineering in 2017. Raymond continued their academic pursuits at Rutgers University and achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Materials Science and Engineering in 2018. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Fitness for Non-production Chemical Laboratory (C-14) from the NYC Fire Department in March 2017.
