Sarah Caplan serves as the Outreach Programs Manager for the Entrepreneurs' Center, representing the organization and the Dayton Arcade Hub in the greater Dayton area since August 2024. Previously, Caplan held various roles at the Better Business Bureau from January 2016 to August 2024, including Marketplace Programs Manager, focusing on database accuracy and public-facing programs, and Information Development Coordinator, tasked with database integrity and inter-departmental liaison activities. Additionally, Caplan worked as a Stagehand at The Dayton Art Institute from August 2019 to August 2024, and as a Business Development Specialist at Bath Fitter from October 2011 to December 2015, where responsibilities included data entry and appointment coordination. Educational background includes studies at Sinclair Community College from 2000 to 2002.
