Daan Krahmer

Daan Krahmer is an experienced educator and music journalist with a diverse background in both fields. Currently serving as a Docent geschiedenis at Eckartcollege Eindhoven since August 2022, Daan also writes as a music journalist for OOR Magazine and Tijdschrift Jazzism. Previous roles include a Lerarenopleider at Fontys Lerarenopleiding Tilburg, where Daan taught pedagogical subjects and history, and a Docent geschiedenis at Stedelijk College Eindhoven, which included various mentoring and leadership responsibilities. Daan has contributed to several music publications, including The Daily Indie and VPRO's 3voor12/Eindhoven, showcasing interviews with renowned artists. Daan holds a Master of Education from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Education from Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg, specializing in history education and educational innovation.
