Mr. Thomas Rainey is one of Odle Management’s Senior Vice Presidents of Operations. He has over 18 years of Job Corps experience, currently providing direct oversight and management of operations of several Odle Job Corps Campuses. Thomas and his staff oversee operations within the areas of Safety and Security; Facilities Management; Health, Wellness & Disability; Food Services; and other key functions.
Mr. Rainey began his Job Corps career working at the Carl D. Perkins Job Corps Campus. He spent the first six years serving as the campus’s Finance and Administration Director, and in 2008, he was promoted to Campus Director. During his tenure as Campus Director, Thomas strategically led the Carl D. Perkins Job Corps Campus from a ranking of 104th in March 2008 to being the No. 1 Campus in the nation in July 2015.
Mr. Rainey earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting from Pikeville College, Kentucky.
