Alex Talledo

Alex Talledo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Eckoh since May 2024, Alex previously held the position of Account Manager for IoT and SaaS at Direct Communication Solutions from October 2020 to May 2024. Prior to that, Alex worked at MOVA International as a Sales Support Manager, where responsibilities included technical support and trade show representation, and began a career in customer service at ONLINESPORTS.COM and Blockbuster with roles progressing from Customer Service Representative to Store Manager. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from National University and has further educational background from ITT Technical Institute-San Diego and Palomar Community College.
