Lisa Parrott

Director of Client Services at Eckoh

Lisa Parrott has been in the customer service and telecom industry for over 20 years. Lisa started their career as a Provisioning Manager at Symphony Telecom in 1999. In 2006, they became the Operations and Provisioning Manager at Redstone Telecom. In 2009, they joined Eckoh plc as the Head of Client Services, where they are responsible for account management, quality assurance, and IS functions.

Lisa Parrott attended Oaklands College and then Cavendish School.

Lisa Parrott reports to Nik Philpot, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Chrissie Herbert - Chief Financial Officer, Peter Hros - Head of Human Resources, and Dave Holliday - Global IT Director.
