Matt Morgan

Matt Morgan is a Learning and Development Advisor at ECL Person-centred Care since April 2025, focusing on designing and delivering interactive learning interventions to enhance capabilities in person-centered care. Prior experience includes roles as a Property Developer and Event Production Manager at the Caravan and Motorhome Club, where responsibilities involved managing event schedules and resources. Previous positions also include Training Manager at Niagara Healthcare Limited, Training and Development Manager at Tigerlily First Aid Training, and Learning & Development Executive at Neilson Active Holidays, where Matt was instrumental in creating and implementing diverse training programs. Matt holds a BA Hons in Tourism Management from the University of Brighton and a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development.
