Kanika Bargal CSM has been in the IT industry since 2014. Kanika started their career as an Education Counselor at First jobzz in 2014. In 2015, they joined Teleperformance India as a Quality Optimization Analyst. In 2018, they moved to Vertisystem as an Information Technology Project Coordinator. In 2020, they joined SynergyTop, LLC as a Project Manager and then moved to Eclat Infotech Pvt. Ltd as a Sr. Project Manager.

Kanika Bargal CSM obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodoyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal between 2009 and 2013. In August 2022, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from both Simplilearn and Scrum Alliance.
