Shishir L. has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2009. Shishir started their career as a Project Engineer at Zeppelin Mobile Systems India Ltd.- Digvijay Division in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Software Tester at RaChiT Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and as a QA Engineer at Synsoft Global. In 2011, they worked as a QA Engineer at InsideUp. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Vinfotech Ltd. as a Sr. Quality Analyst/UX Expert. During this time, they also worked at Systango as a Sr. Business Analyst and Project Manager. In 2016, they joined Kavya Softech Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Manager/Operations Head. In 2019, they were a Project Manager at HyperBeans. Currently, they are a Project Manager at Eclat Infotech Pvt. Ltd., working in an Agile Environment and handling a project team of 74 resources.

Shishir L. started their education in 1993 at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they obtained their HSC in Maths and Science in 2005. Shishir then attended Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, graduating with a B.E. in Electronics and Communication in 2009. In 2010, they obtained a Diploma in Software Testing from Seed Infotech. Additionally, they are a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance.
