Amol Wagh

Amol Wagh is an experienced professional in human resources and talent engagement, currently serving as an Associate Program Manager at eClerx since March 2020. Prior to this role, Amol held various positions at HCL Technologies from April 2017 to March 2020, including Senior Manager of Talent Engagement and Manager of Human Resources. Amol also contributed to Geometric Ltd. as an Assistant Manager and was involved in talent engagement at CGI Information Systems, focusing on culture, diversity, employee engagement, and corporate social responsibility. Amol's early career included roles at Wipro Technologies, beginning as a TQA in Talent Acquisition and later as an Executive in Talent Engagement & Development. Amol holds two MBA degrees in Human Resources from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and Mahatma Gandhi University, both obtained between 2005 and 2007.
