Jessica Dupuis

Jessica Dupuis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and customer service. Currently serving as a Product Adoption Training Specialist and previously as a Customer Service Representative at eClinicalWorks since November 2020, Jessica has a solid background in sales and management, honed through roles at Finish Line from 2007 to 2020, where responsibilities included Store Sales Manager and Assistant Store Sales Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Sonos, Inc. as a Retail Experience Specialist and Northeast Copier Systems as a Sales Representative. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Fitchburg State College and has received numerous awards, including the Manager of the Year for District 11 in 2013 and the Larry Sablosky Customer Service Award for District 11 in both 2010 and 2013.
