Mike P.

Mike P. is the Senior Director of Food Service at Eclipse Foods. Mike has held this position since May 2019. Prior to that, they were an intern at Emory University's Goizueta Business School from October 2018 to May 2019, where they developed a plan for the school's new food incubator. Mike has also interned at Beyond Meat from May 2018 to July 2018, where they sampled Beyond Burgers at local events and worked with the brand marketing team on product launches and the development of a Beyond Meat College Ambassador program. Mike was also a Brand Ambassador for Sir Kensington's from September 2017 to April 2018, conducting demos and samplings at Atlanta area Whole Foods and food shows. Mike interned at SimpleOrder in the summer of 2017 and at Cava Grill in the summer of 2016 as a Finance Intern.

Mike P. attended St. Albans School for high school and then Emory University for their undergraduate degree in multi/interdisciplinary studies.

Their manager is Aylon Steinhart, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Eleanor Dominguez - VP, Marketing, Luis Bermudez - Office Operations Manager, and Nick Mullen - Manager of Product Development.
