Dr. Phillip Stewart

Dr. Phillip Stewart, DBA, MBA, serves as the Director of Information Technology at Eclipse Gaming Systems since March 2022, having previously held the role of IT Manager at De Wafelbakkers and Professional Counseling Associates. Dr. Stewart has extensive experience overseeing IT operations, ensuring the efficiency of information technology and communication systems, and assisting in the design and revision of information systems. Prior to these roles, Dr. Stewart was a Lead Technical Support Engineer at MCHS, where responsibilities included supervising IT support teams and managing IT systems. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Walden University, an MBA in Management Information Systems and Services from Strayer University, and a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from Jackson State University.
