Joe Grossi

Joe Grossi has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Joe began their career in 1984 as an ITT Sheraton Corporate Management Trainee. In 1985, they became the Director of Restaurants, Catering Sales Manager, and Restaurant Manager at the Sheraton Grande Hotel. In 1989, they became the Director of Food and Beverage at the Sheraton Universal Hotel. From 1990 to 1996, they held three roles at the Hyatt Regency, including Associate Convention Services Director, Catering Sales Manager, and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. From 1996 to 2016, they were the Director of Catering and Events at the Hilton Minneapolis, where they supervised 32 full-time team members. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Global Sales at Eclipse Global Transportation, where they are responsible for providing ground transportation services throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

Joe Grossi attended Bunker Hill CC from 1979 to 1982, where they earned two Associate's degrees in Hotel/Administration/Management and Culinary Arts. Joe'sfield of study was Hotel/Motel Administration/Management.
