As Managing Director of Eknil Homes, Pasindu successfully led the High Level Residencies project in Maharagama. Experience includes directing operations at Eclipse Tech, overseeing solar and greenhouse projects, and serving as Director at Sipwin, a major private education institution in Sri Lanka. Pasindu has held leadership roles at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, both as Chairman of the Entrepreneurs Alumni Association and Assistant Lecturer in Entrepreneurship. Previous positions include Vice President of AIESEC in Sri Lanka and Producer at Sipwin Films, with a strong foundation in project management and event coordination, complemented by an academic background in entrepreneurship and ongoing MBA studies.
