ECM A JMT Division
Johnny Arvizo is currently working as a Resident Project Representative at ECM A JMT Division, overseeing inspections for the El Paso Water Plant maintenance machine shop and various construction projects. Johnny has previous experience as an Inspector at ECM International Inc., Sr. Construction Inspector at The University of Texas at El Paso, Construction Inspector II at The University of Texas System, and Electrical Inspector at Coast & Harbor Construction Management. Prior to that, Johnny worked as a Sr. Quality Assurance Representative at Jacobs Engineering, overseeing construction projects at Fort Bliss on behalf of the USACE. Johnny holds an Associates Degree in Microcomputer Technology from Western Technical College.
