Karleen E. Reid, AIC, AIS, ACS, is an experienced claims manager with a comprehensive background in liability, workers' compensation, and property claims. Currently serving as Liability, WC and Property Claim Manager at ECM Solutions since February 2019, Karleen previously held similar roles at the Law Offices of Michael A. DeMayo and Fortune Insurance Company. With experience as a Senior Property and Casualty Field Adjuster at Engle Martin & Associates and Auto-Owners Insurance Company, Karleen has developed expertise in claims management and PIP negotiation. Karleen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Biology from the University of North Florida.
