Charles Kiser

Charles Kiser has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. From April 2015 to the present, they have worked at ECM Solutions, starting as a Client Advisor and later progressing to Senior Client Advisor, Associate Vice President, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President. In these roles, they have focused on building and maintaining client relationships, advising on coverage solutions, and effective communication. Prior to their time at ECM Solutions, Charles worked at The Hartford as a Commercial Accounts Specialist from October 2014 to April 2015.

Charles Kiser obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Appalachian State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) from The Institutes CPCU Society in June 2022, a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) from The Institutes in March 2020, a Certified Insurance Counselor certification from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in August 2018, and a Property & Casualty Insurance License from the North Carolina Department of Insurance in March 2015.
