Ashley MacGregor is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational effectiveness with extensive experience in the nonprofit and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Talent Development Manager at ECMC Group since June 2019, Ashley utilizes a background in industrial/organizational psychology to enhance employee experience and engagement across the organization. Previously, as Organization Effectiveness Principal at ECMC Group, Ashley successfully managed enterprise-wide talent management programs. Prior to ECMC Group, Ashley held the role of Human Resources Senior Consultant at FMP Consulting, where strong client relationships and strategic human capital planning were key focus areas. Earlier experience includes a measurement analyst position at 3M. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lake Forest College.
