Shelia Elledge

Shelia Elledge has over 30 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Administrator at ECMD since August 2004. In this role, Shelia manages the hiring process for new employees, negotiates costs with temporary employment agencies, coordinates the hiring of temporary staff, and maintains weekly time records. Prior to joining ECMD, Shelia held multiple roles at Kincaid Furniture/Alexvale from July 1986 to May 2004, including HR Representative, ISO Coordinator, and Safety Coordinator.
