Chadwick Conn has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force from 1999 to 2007. During this time, they were recognized as the top defense attorney in the European Theater and handled over sixty courts-martial trials worldwide. Chadwick received several accolades, including the Meritorious Service Medal and Global War on Terrorism Medal.
After leaving the military, Chadwick joined Eco-Energy LLC, where they held various leadership positions. From 2007 to 2010, they served as the Director of Business & Legal Affairs, where they designed and implemented inventory management processes and established a bulk distribution business unit.
From 2010 to 2015, Chadwick became the Vice President of Operations & Corporate Counsel, responsible for managing a team of 50+ employees and overseeing the distribution of fuel across North America and international movements. During this time, they established the organizational structure and operational procedures for the operations team.
In 2015, Chadwick was promoted to Vice President of Asset Development & General Counsel, leading a growth initiative to construct fixed supply chain assets worth $150 million. This endeavor resulted in thirteen facilities generating over $20 million in annual EBITDA.
Most recently, Chadwick has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Eco-Energy LLC, where they are responsible for implementing long-term strategic initiatives, managing daily operations, and ensuring safety. Chadwick also has P&L responsibility for the asset division, aimed at delivering projected ROI for shareholders.
Chadwick Conn has a well-rounded education history, having pursued both business and law studies. In 1991, they began their undergraduate studies at Missouri State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Following this, from 1996 to 1999, Chadwick attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor degree with a focus on law.
