Michael Short

Michael Short is a highly experienced hydrogeologist currently serving as the Principal Hydrogeologist at Eco Logical Australia Pty Ltd since January 2022. Previously, Michael held the position of Senior Hydrogeologist in the Beetaloo Sub-Basin with the Northern Territory Government from June 2018 to January 2022. Michael's career also includes roles as Project Hydrogeologist at CDM Smith and as Graduate Hydrogeologist at both Power and Water Corporation and Fortescue Metals Group. Michael holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from The Australian National University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science with Honours from Flinders University.
