Sue Nichols

Sue Nichols is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as People and Culture Manager at Eco Logical Australia since August 2018, Sue has been with the company since June 2003 in various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of Human Resource Management and oversight of Work Health & Safety Management. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Manager position at Estee Lauder Group of Companies from 1998 to 2003. Sue's expertise covers recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee welfare, industrial/employee relations, learning and development, remuneration and benefits, and reward and recognition.
