Jen Hawkins

Jennifer Hawkins joined Eco Material after serving as Senior Manager, Benefits & HR Administration, for Boral Industries Inc. During her time with Boral, she was responsible for the employee benefits programs, including both health and welfare and retirement for 3,500 employees, as well as leading the HR Service Center team. Previously, Jennifer served as Manager, Compensation and Benefits, at Headwaters Inc. She received her B.S. in Mass Communication from the University of Utah.
