James Harding has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. James started their career as a Graduate Marketing Assistant at Party Packs, where they managed social media strategy and maintained the company's website. James then worked as an Online Marketing Executive at Kaplan International Colleges, focusing on SEO and video marketing. From there, they became a Web Analyst at Kaplan, responsible for web analytics tracking and reporting.
Later, James joined Hiscox as a Group Web Analyst, handling web analytics and reporting for multiple domains. James also served as an Online Marketing Manager at Hiscox, managing a team to drive new business through PPC, affiliates, and display channels.
James further expanded their expertise as a Director at Measure This, before joining Stream:20 as a Consultant and later a Senior Consultant. James then worked as Head of Digital Acquisition, Head of Digital, and Head of Digital and Content at Profile Pensions.
In 2019, James became the Digital Director at Zenith Media Australia before taking on the role of Head of Growth at Lyka Pet Food. During their time at Lyka, they exceeded growth targets, delivered market-leading growth, and recruited the early stage marketing team.
Currently, James is involved with Inner Sydney Voice as a Board Member and holds the position of Head of Technology at Eco Outdoor Group, starting in 2023.
James Harding attended Prior Park College from 1998 to 2005, where they completed their A-Levels in Business Studies, Classics, and Geography. James then went on to study at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a BSc; Hons degree in Business Management (Marketing). In addition to their formal education, James also acquired several certifications. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Prior to that, in 2012, they obtained the Google AdWords Qualified - Reporting and Analysis certification, along with the Reporting and Analysis Advanced Exam and the Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam. In 2011, James acquired the Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
