Nishi Gupta

Nishi Gupta is currently the Head of Compliance at Eco. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President, Global Financial Crimes Compliance, at American Express from November 2010 through December 2020. Her previous experience also includes serving as Associate Counsel at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. from March 2007 to April 2010 and as a Legal Analyst and Investigative Analyst at the New York County District Attorney's Office from March 2006 to November 2006 and June 2000 to June 2002, respectively.

Nishi Gupta graduated from the Dwight-Englewood School and then attended the University of Chicago, where they received their BA in political science and biology. Nishi then attended the University of Iowa College of Law, where they received their JD.
