Andree Gosselin O'Meara has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andree is currently the VP Customer Support at ecobee, where they lead a top-of-its-class Customer Support organization. Their role focuses on creating an exceptional customer experience by leading a dedicated team and utilizing best-in-class tools. Prior to that, Andree served as a Council Member for CSPN - Customer Service Professionals Network since 2016.

From 2007 to 2019, Andree worked at The Globe and Mail, starting as the Director of Customer Services & Customer Care. Andree managed a team of 60+ customer service professionals and led various projects, including the relocation of an offshore call center. Andree also held the positions of Director of Retention for Consumer Sales, Director of Audience Development and Content Distribution, Mobile & Digital, and Director of Business Development at The Globe and Mail.

Before joining The Globe and Mail, Andree worked as a Senior Product Manager, e-Commerce at AOL Canada from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they served as the eBusiness Operations Manager at Eastman Kodak from 2002 to 2004.

Andree Gosselin O'Meara completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in the Gordon S. Lang School of Business at the University of Guelph from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Strategic e-Business Management from the University of Toronto and a B.Com degree with a focus on International Business / Business Systems from McGill University. In 2013, Andree also studied Climate Literacy: Navigating Climate Change Conversations at The University of British Columbia.
