Bianca Filip

Bianca Filip has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Technical Consultant at DragonAgile Inc. In 2019, they became a Business Systems Analyst at Manulife Securities. In the same year, they also worked as a Full-Stack Developer at GBL. In 2021, Bianca worked as a Junior Software Engineer at TWG and as a Web Developer Co-op at ecobee. Bianca continued their journey with ecobee in 2022, where they currently hold the position of Software Engineer. Additionally, Bianca had leadership roles at Women In Leadership Laurier and Laurier Investment and Finance Association, where they served as Co-Vice President of Marketing, Director of Mentorship, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Marketing, and Director of Events.

Bianca Filip obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo between the years 2017 and 2022. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University.
