Tanya Shkinev has a comprehensive work experience in the field of embedded software engineering. Tanya is currently working as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at ecobee since May 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Sr.Lead Embedded SW Engineer/Scrum Master/PMP/PMI-ACP/SMC/CSPO at Synamedia from November 2018 to May 2023. Before that, they worked as a Sr. SW Developer at Scientific Atlanta from May 2007 to November 2018. Tanya also had a role as a Sr. SW Developer at EXFO from December 2005 to January 2007 and as a Senior SW Developer at Shiron Satellite Communications from July 2001 to October 2005.
Tanya Shkinev holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in February 2018, Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in December 2016, Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in March 2016, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2015.
