Sukie Lau

Sukie Lau is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits strategies across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as VP HR Generalist at EcoCeres, Inc. since November 2023, Sukie previously held the position of Group Head of Compensation and Benefits at Vitasoy International from March 2021 to November 2023. Prior roles include Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits for Asia Pacific at Marriott International and Head of HR Services for Asia Pacific at Esprit, where responsibilities encompassed leading and managing comprehensive C&B initiatives. Early career experiences include senior HR management positions at Johnson & Johnson Medical and Bausch & Lomb, where Sukie implemented C&B programs for the Asia Pacific region. Educationally, Sukie earned an MBA from the University of Strathclyde between 2007 and 2009.
