Thomas Andersen

Thomas Andersen is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in the software and agricultural sectors. Currently serving as Product Owner at Ecochain since April 2025, Thomas contributes to sustainable product life cycle assessment solutions in a variety of industries globally. Previously, as Senior Product Analyst at Source.ag, responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams to launch a new product and optimizing operational workflows through data-driven insights. Thomas has also held roles such as Crop Protection Manager at Mount Elgon Orchards Ltd, where oversight of 40 employees and advanced decision support systems was managed, and interned at the UN Environment Programme, focusing on civil society engagement. Thomas holds an MSc in Plant Pathology and Entomology from Wageningen University & Research and a BSc in Ecological and Environmental Science from The University of Edinburgh.
