Karen Pierce

Karen Pierce, CM-BIM, is a seasoned product owner with extensive experience in the BIM and AEC industries. Currently serving as the Product Owner at Guardian for Revit since July 2025, Karen previously held the same title at Autodesk and has progressed through various roles at UNIFI Labs, including Product Manager and Senior BIM Specialist. Expertise spans technical demonstrations, client consultation, and development of training workflows, as exemplified during tenure at Applied Software. Previous positions include BIM Manager at tvsdesign, where project oversight encompassed multiple high-value projects, and roles at Allison Smith Company LLC and PMH Associates, focusing on project coordination and the transition to BIM standards.
