Erin Star Hughes is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including natural resource management, water sanitation and hygiene, and energy. Prior to this role, Erin was the Senior Program Development Manager for Southern Africa at TechnoServe, focusing on value chain and agribusiness development. Earlier experiences include serving as Senior Manager of the Business Development Unit at Tetra Tech, leading proposal development efforts, and holding various roles at ARD, Inc., and the University of Vermont.
